When you request a palm reading we collect the photograph you upload, your name, and any optional details you provide such as birth date, place of birth and email address. When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address and message.

Why we collect it

Your palm photograph and birth details are used solely to prepare your reading. Your email address is used to send you that reading and to reply to enquiries.

How long we keep it

Readings and uploaded photographs are retained so that you can revisit your result. You may ask us to delete them at any time using the contact form.

Who we share it with

Palm photographs and reading details are sent to Google Gemini in order to generate your reading. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie so that forms work correctly. Analytics cookies are used only if analytics has been enabled.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Contact us using the form on the site.
